NEW PATIENTS:  For scheduling appointments, call to schedule. For current patients please call or use your portal account for appointment requests, medication refills, or just to ask a question!  If you'd like information on setting up a portal account please contact our office directly, we'll be happy to set you up! 

Nurse Calls

If you would like to speak to a nurse, call and ask to speak to the Triage Nurse. We do our very best to connect you with our Triage Nurse right away, however during those busy times our front desk staff will direct you to the nurse voicemail. Please leave a detailed message with your child's name, date of birth, and symptoms and we will call you back as soon as possible!
